Studio Policies
To ensure the highest level of service and respect for your time and mine, please review the following studio policies:
Cancelation Policies
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 30% service fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Or if you arrive more than 25 mins we may have to reschedule your appointment and the full service fee will still apply to the treatment scheduled.
No Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require full payment in advance to rebook.
Children & Guests
To maintain a quiet and safe environment, additional guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room.
Sick Policy
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Skin treatments cannot be performed if you are experiencing symptoms of illness or active infection.
Product Returns
For the safety of all clients, skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges may be available for unopened items within 7 days .
Consent & Results
All clients must complete a consultation form and acknowledge treatment risks. Results vary based on skin condition, consistency, and home-care compliance.
